Equal Opportunities Policy

Employment of Staff/Volunteers

 

1)     Provide fair and equal access to Aylesham Carnival Association's employment and development opportunities.

2)     Every employee should be made aware of the action to follow in the complaints procedure if they feel unfairly treated.
